The Builder

My name is Lauren. I was born in Santa Barbara, CA. After my parent's divorce, my mother and I moved to Texas and my dad moved to DC and later Maryland and Virginia, where I split my time. I attended college in Maryland, where I lived for 10 years, before settling in Alabama in 2012.

I am a single mom to two boys, who are currently 12 and 5, who definitely keep things interesting. 

Currently working as a Media Coordinator and Recruiter for a Maritime Academy, though my background is in digital art.

I purchased my home as a fixer-upper and my life has never been filled with more excitement, projects, and more often than not regret. I do love flipping furniture and building things. 

Love being outdoors whether it be hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, etc. I love music, art, animals, and reading. Always up for giving back.

Typically, people would say I am always busy, generally happy, and too kind for my own good. We can trust these people.
